Hi guys,

May I ask your impression on my math revolution diag?
I'll give you a bit of background: I passed my first real gmat two weeks ago and scored 640 (Q38, V40), I was quite disappointed since I performed 680 on gmatprep two weeks prior my exam with (Q47, V36).
I've done a couple of cat before, and maths never was my strong suit, actually Q47 was one of my best score and till this day, I am not sure whether it was out of luck or skills.

Anyway, I will try another gmat in the following weeks, meanwhile I am looking for ways to secure Q46. Any suggestion?

Thanks

Hi loneo3006,

WHat is your question exactly? How to secure q46? If so, I'd concentrate on the weakest sections. In your case, inequlities, geometry etc.\

Hope this helps

This is the thing, I am not sure Geometry is that relevant since:
1- my geometry's performances are based on few questions, compare to arithmetic and algebra for example
2- there is not a lot of geometry questions showing up on gmat day

I guess, I was not sure what I was asking, maybe a second opinion on my interpretation of the diag: I understood that I should focus on medium question on arithmetic and algebra.

Thanks! Following your advice I've been able to score Q47 on the real thing.
