No, you do not have a control of the resolution of the screen or text size on the Official GMAT. However, the font/size is usually not an issue. If you have words/lines overlapping or having other artifacts, it is likely an indication of an issue with the software on your computer (thankfully).

You can post a screenshot of how it looks on your screen if you are concerned.
