Strengths:
I scored 665 (Q87, V83, DI79) on the GMAT, and what set e-GMAT apart wasn't just the content—it was how the platform showed me exactly where I was losing points and how to fix it. Before e-GMAT, I practiced blindly without understanding which topics drained my time or tanked my accuracy. The moment I started using their portal, everything changed. Data Analytics became my compass—after every practice session, I could see my predicted percentile range, which questions took too long, and which topics needed work. This wasn't generic feedback—it pinpointed that permutation-combination and distance-speed questions were eating up my time. Scholaranium's Cementing Quizzes gave me structured mixed practice with detailed performance tracking, creating a clear roadmap instead of guesswork.
Would make the product better:
The Neuron platform became my secret weapon, especially in my final week. While Scholaranium provided excellent practice, Neuron let me drill official GMAT questions on my exact weak areas with e-GMAT's superior explanations. What made it invaluable was the Error Log—I could revisit every incorrect question before test day, reducing my solve time while improving accuracy. My mentor Dhruv guided me to specific modules for my weak topics, and I'd immediately practice those concepts on Neuron. This targeted cycle—identify weakness through analytics, study the Module content, practice official questions on Neuron, retest—created measurable improvement between each mock attempt.
Sigma-X Mocks deserve special mention because they predicted my score better than official mocks did. While official mocks consistently showed me at 715-735, Sigma-X gave me 675, 665, and 655—and my actual score was 665. They're tougher and more realistic, which initially frustrated me but ultimately prepared me better. The detailed mock analytics revealed surprising patterns: I was getting hard questions right but missing medium ones, showing I needed better time distribution rather than just harder practice. For MSR questions specifically, the DI Module strategies taught me a game-changing approach—read the tab headers first, solve the first question from just the first tab, then read remaining tabs as needed. This saved critical minutes and I got all MSR questions correct on test day.
e-GMAT excels at eliminating wasted effort through precision. You're not redoing topics you've mastered—you're surgically targeting gaps with official questions through Neuron, realistic Sigma-X mocks, mentor guidance that actually understands your data, and analytics that show exactly where to focus next. For anyone who wants to improve strategically rather than study blindly, this platform delivers exactly what score improvement requires.

Strengths:
Coming from an engineering background, I scored 625 (Q82, V81, DI80) on my
diagnostic—decent, but not enough for my target schools. After researching multiple
platforms, I chose e-GMAT for one critical reason: its ability to identify and fix specific
weaknesses, not just teach concepts. My biggest challenge wasnt learning new
material—it was execution. I had a 60% hard accuracy in Critical Reasoning, careless errors
plaguing my Quant, and no clear path to improvement. I needed a platform that could
diagnose exactly where I was failing and provide surgical solutions.
Would make the product better:
The Quant section was unnecessarily difficult I think. The difficulty level of questions were way too much sometimes. The game-changers: e-GMAT custom quiz feature on Scholaranium and NEURON
question-type filtering transformed my preparation. Instead of grinding through hundreds of
random questions, I practiced with laser focus. Struggling with bold face CR questions? I
create a custom quiz with 10 hard bold face questions only, solve them, immediately review
solutions, and repeat. This targeted approach drove my CR hard accuracy from 60% to 82%.
The error log showed me patterns I couldnt see myself—specific question types where I
consistently failed. Scholaranium filtering let me isolate these exact weaknesses by topic
and difficulty. For Data Insights, where quality resources are scarce, e-GMAT
comprehensive material was sufficient on its own. The data sufficiency questions specifically
forced me to think about edge cases, not just solve mechanically.
The results speak clearly: 715 (Q88, V85, DI84—97th percentile). That's Q82→Q88,
V81→V85, DI80→DI84—a 90-point improvement. But here what sealed my confidence:
Sigma-X mock accuracy. My last two mock scores were 695 and 705. My official score? 715.
That predictive accuracy meant the strategies I developed in practice actually worked on test
day. The solution quality—99.9% of explanations were clear without needing external
help—taught me efficient methods I never considered. The forum feature meant my
questions were already answered. Sectional mocks built stamina without full 2.5-hour
commitments. Last Mile Push mentorship identified strategic gaps I missed. Bottom line: If
youre scoring 600+ and need to reach 700+, e-GMAT provides the diagnostic precision and
targeted practice to eliminate execution errors systematically. Not just content—a complete
improvement system. Highly recommended for anyone willing to practice smart, not just
hard.
Strengths:
The course provides a well-structured, self-paced learning path with clear video lessons and concept files. Its main strengths are the useful practice tools and sectional tests that help with time management, along with the personalized mentorship which offers helpful advice and strategies.
Would make the product better:
The quality and authenticity of responses on the forum where we ask doubts or follow up questions can be improved.
For my GMAT prep, I chose the eGMAT online course(4 months) and it proved to be a very effective choice for me personally. The course was very structured and allowed me to study at my own pace while following the recommended path.
The basics of all 3 sections were covered with good depth, and I was able to build a solid foundation owing to that. Video lessons and concept files were very clear, and the exercises post each lesson help to understand ways of solving questions as well as to practice the things learned.
The practice tools, especially the sectional tests, were very useful for improving my time management. Consistent practice with the quizzes and sectionals helped me get a better sense of pacing under exam-like conditions. And the analytics provided with those tests helped me identify my weak areas effectively.
Another key component of the course was the personalised mentorship I got from Rashmi, which helped my immensely at various points of my prep. Be it when facing difficulties with certain topics or sections, or needing advice with my behavioural issues during tests, the advice and strategies provided by my mentor were very helpful.
Overall, I'd definitely recommend eGMAT to anyone looking for a comprehensive and well-structured course for their GMAT prep.

Would make the product better:
Three Features That Transformed My Preparation
1. Cementing Quizzes with Detailed Explanations
These quizzes made conscious strategies become automatic. Before e-GMAT, I'd consciously force myself to eliminate answer choices and sometimes skip that step without realizing it. After hundreds of cementing quiz questions, elimination became second nature—my mind automatically analyzed each option systematically. What made this permanent were the explanations for every option. They didn't just identify correct answers; they addressed the exact assumptions I'd likely made: "You probably chose this because you assumed X, but that assumption is flawed because Y." This fixed my fundamental thought process, improving my hard CR accuracy from 50% to 80%.
2. Custom Quizzes for Surgical Precision
Diagnostic quizzes revealed that boldface and inference were my weakest CR question types—something I hadn't realized. Custom quizzes let me create practice sets focused exclusively on these weak areas, selecting difficulty levels and even drawing from my error log. This wasn't random practice; it was surgical precision targeting exactly what I needed. I practiced over a thousand questions on Scholaranium, but every session was purposeful, driven by data showing my specific gaps.
3. Sectional Mocks for Building Confidence
I gave 15+ sectional mocks but only 3 full-length tests. Sectional mocks let me approach each section with maximum concentration without worrying about managing stamina across sections. They helped identify pacing issues, build stamina gradually, and validate that my strategies actually worked under timed conditions. This sectional mastery gave me genuine confidence before attempting full-length tests.
Other Valuable Features
Pre-thinking methodology: Taught me to pause after question stems and think "What answer am I looking for?" before viewing options—crucial for avoiding trap answers.
Xpert AI: Analyzed whether I got questions right for the right reasons, distinguishing systematic analysis from lucky guessing.
Error log: Tracked every mistake across all practice, revealing patterns invisible to me otherwise.
"Owning the data set" for DI: Taught me to invest 3-4 minutes in the first MSR question to build a mental map, making subsequent questions faster—transformed my DI77 to DI81.
RC reading strategies: Building mental storylines and focusing on broader themes rather than details completely changed my approach.
Sigma-X mocks: Remarkably predictive—scored 675 on one mock, got 665 on test day.
NEURON: Official GMAT questions with e-GMAT's superior explanations, perfect for quick 5-10 question practice sessions.
Gamified tracking: Progress percentages and green grades kept me motivated and showed exactly where to focus next.

Final Verdict
e-GMAT excels at taking students who understand concepts but can't execute consistently and transforming that knowledge into automatic, high-percentile performance. For anyone at 60-80th percentile looking to break into 90th+ percentile through targeted improvement, this platform delivers.
Strengths:
The emphasis on drill-based practice during the learning phase and separate rigorous practice sessions in cementing.
Would make the product better:
The Verbal RCs in the exam were tougher in the exam than the practice mocks.
I enrolled in the e-GMAT program to strengthen my GMAT foundations. Right from the beginning, their structured course helped me polish fundamentals first: basic concepts, strategy, and logic, before moving on to heavier practice. In quant, this is even-paced as per your learning through diagnostic tests. Their vast question bank is excellent; it allows you to drill down by topic, difficulty, and even weak areas.
The Cementing stage stood out for me: it gave very specific insights into where I was underperforming (for me it was in probability and set theory). Once those were identified, the Neuron practice system provided target drills so I could focus on exactly what needed improvement.
I was also part of the LMP program, which was very helpful. The tutors gave detailed feedback on my persistent weak spots, not just in the abstract, but showing how to address them concretely. The mentors and support team have always been available, whenever I had a question or query, whether related to content, strategy, or timing. They also check in weekly.
Earlier in my preparation, I often ran out of time in Quant and Data Interpretation. Thanks to the course, I finally overcame that. On the GMAT, I completed the Quant section with 15 minutes to spare for review and significantly did better in DI. This was possible due to their course itself.
Strengths:
Very structured and a great, simple to use UI. Their Neuron OG section was so useful to check how you're doing with the official guide questions. e-GMAT's process of moving to a new section only after solidifying the current section is highly commendable.
Would make the product better:
Not much, just to be able to solve any question that you've gotten wrong in cementing/sectional/mocks without seeing the correct answer. Just a way to be able to hide the correct answer while solving a question during analysis would be really helpful.
My GMAT journey has been full of highs and lows. I started with a 645 in my first attempt, and while I was proud of the effort, I knew I could do better. The months that followed weren’t easy. There were moments of self-doubt, frustration, and even thoughts of giving up. What kept me going was having a structured plan and the right guidance.
e-GMAT played a huge role in this. The biggest help was the constant support from Abha. She was always there when I needed clarity or reassurance, and also helped me identify areas where I was faltering and could improve, especially in test taking strategies. The platform itself gave me a clear process to follow, which was so important when I felt lost. Scholaranium’s vast set of questions helped me practice deeply, identify my gaps, and steadily improve.
Reaching 655 wasn’t just about the score, it was about learning resilience and trusting the process. To future aspirants, always remember to be patient, stay consistent, and believe in yourself.

Strengths:
- Verbal approach. They have exercises that ensure that we are understanding the argument well.
- Once we've mapped out the argument, their pre-thinking approach helps save a lot of time in eliminating the option and getting to the right answer.
- Personalised coaching.
E-Gmat has excellent lessons and a huge dataset of questions.
I was majorly looking for Verbal improvement, as my fundamentals in Quant were strong. Luckily, I found e-gmat through a reddit post.
The course has more than enough content to prepare well for GMAT, I owe my verbal score to their approach. The tutorials drill down how to break the argument, quickly identify the conclusion and understand what the author wishes to convey. Pre-thinking helps save a lot of time.
Moreover, Even though it's an online course, their instructor reached out to me to setup a 1:1 personalised session, the session helped me immensely on how to prepare for the exam day, have the winning mindset and helped me stay calm.
I would definitely recommend e-gmat to anyone aiming for a high score.
Strengths:
The course is well planned out with a good number and variety of questions. The content provided to teach is also good. I used the product for a short time and was able to improve from a Q83 to a Q88 by taking short quizzes on different concepts for quant. This really helped me with my timing and accuracy. I had a mentor assigned to me who was really helpful in regards to weakness identification, planning my study schedule, focus areas and methods for improvement. I had the used the product for about 20-25 days before my gmat exam. Great mocks with adaptive questions and scoring as found on the official gmat.
Key strength : Mentorship to clarify a path for you. Really helpful as the mentor provides well thought steps to be taken. Good mocks, scored a 715 on a mock a few days prior to the gmat. Scored V83,Q86,DI86 there.
Would make the product better:
Below are some recommendations for egmat :
The infrastructure for the site is not very sleek and fast. The navigation is also very confusing at times. It really spoils the user experience, improving it would be a massive boost.
Some lessons seem too long. Maybe introducing 5-10 minutes long sessions would be helpful.
An integrated error log like gmat club would also be very helpful.
Introduction of study groups/ peer interactions. This would also be a game changer.
Changing the mocks to look exactly like the official gmat.
Introduce AI to track exact progress of students and provide real time feedback and next steps.
Overall, it was a pretty good course. There is ample teaching content for every section which is really helpful in case you are a beginner. Saw a slight improvement due to the short duration of the course taken but am confident in their service and will be continuing with the course to prepare for my next gmat attempt.
Saw massive improvement in quant due to their quizzes. (Q83->Q88). Great mocks present on the site. Took a mock 2 days prior and scored a 715 there. The question bank is fantastic and is really helpful for time management. Used a combination of egmat and gmat club to practice. Really helped a lot.

Strengths:
Verbal framework is outstanding — helped me move from 48th to 98th percentile.
Structured methods for CR/RC and focus on meaning-based reading.
Cementing quizzes clearly expose gaps and push improvement.
Error logs build self-awareness and reduce careless mistakes.
PACE engine saves time by skipping known basics, allowing focus on weak areas.
Strong support system (mentors, strategy advice) that helps rebuild confidence after setbacks.
Would make the product better:
Data sufficiency strategy guidance could be made even sharper — timing traps are common.
Sometimes cementing quizzes feel demotivating; more adaptive explanations after repeated wrongs would help.
Mock test analytics could be more detailed (sectional pacing breakdown, error type tagging).
A stronger focus on mindset strategies (test-day discipline, time management) could complement content prep.
1. Verbal Transformation (the real MVP)
e-GMAT’s structured approach to CR and RC helped me stop rushing and start actually reading.
The idea of “meaning-based reading” and paying attention to small breakpoints (words like “few” or “some”) was a game changer.
I initially tried their full pre-thinking method, then adapted it to what felt natural. But the foundation was all theirs.
2. Cementing Quizzes
Brutal at first, but exactly what I needed. They showed me I could ace medium questions but collapse on hard ones.
Helped me realize medium and hard weren’t just difficulty levels, they were different types of questions. Once I saw the pattern, my accuracy went up.
3. Error Logs
At first I thought they were pointless, but filling them out forced me to confront patterns.
The magic wasn’t in reviewing later, but in the act of writing down “concept gap” or “careless error” and realizing I’d just made the same mistake three questions ago.
4. Quant & DI Support
The PACE engine was great to skip basics I already knew and focus on algebra/number properties where I was rusty.
For DI, my biggest struggle was data sufficiency timing. e-GMAT’s emphasis on logical evaluation (not full solving) and verbal-style attention to wording helped me improve.
Strategy & Mindset
e-GMAT’s mocks and sectional tests gave me the space to experiment with section order (I ended up doing Quant → DI → Verbal).
The program constantly drilled the importance of sticking to tested strategies. On test day, I broke my own 3-minute DI rule and paid for it—missed 3 questions at the end. Lesson learned.
Beyond content, e-GMAT indirectly taught me mindset: don’t carry one section’s baggage into the next. That reset skill saved my Verbal score.
Where I Slipped
My first attempt (645) failed because I tried to cram too much. Even though the platform was structured, I didn’t give myself time to internalize it.
Confidence was the missing link, not content. e-GMAT gave me the structure, but it was only when I trusted it and slowed down that results came.
Final Thoughts
e-GMAT works if you put in the effort. Nothing works if you don’t.
If you’re serious about GMAT, especially if Verbal is your weak area, I can confidently say e-GMAT is one of the best platforms out there.
Big thanks to Abha and the e-GMAT team for nudging me forward when I almost quit after my first attempt.
Score Journey:
565 (Diagnostic) → 645 (First Attempt) → 685 Final (V87, Q84, DI81)
Strengths:
The e-GMAT is a comprehensive online GMAT prep course offering wide range of preparation materials to excel in GMAT. The course has introduced NEURON platform where you can practice official GMAT questions rather than purchasing official prep materials and practicing separately.
I really liked the e-GMAT course. Everything I needed for GMAT prep was there, and I didn't have to purchase any additional materials. The e-GMAT course provides every student with a specialized study plan, which, if followed, can help them achieve their target GMAT score. Additionally, it has a huge bank of practice questions, including official practice questions, which are essential for true prep.
The techniques and strategies taught in the course helped me to crack the GMAT, especially in sections where I was struggling. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and the video lessons are clear and concise, making complex topics easy to understand. What stood out to me was the structured approach, which builds confidence by ensuring you master each concept before moving on. And if you ever need support, the e-GMAT team is always responsive and helpful. All in all, the e-GMAT course is the best GMAT prep course available.
