Test center is easily accessible . On Maps ,one can easily track it .On reaching the location it might be a little difficult to spot where exactly it is , but there is sign board by the road that can guide you.
Staff is extremely polite and way too helpful.You get lockers to keep your stuff. Only passport and notepad and pen that is provided is allowed.Water is not allowed. Jackets are not allowed to keep with you. IF you want to wear and go ,then it is ok else they will ask to keep in locker.
Restroom is not good. Door knob was not working ,so couldn't use it .
External noises are an issue when you take afternoon slot and by luck get to be close to window seat. Mine was in morning , so noises were minimum.
Also ear plugs are provided , so you can opt for it to have noise cancellation.
For retake i don't have any other option as PUne has only this test center so probably yes , will have to chose this again.
Pearson should consider opening enough test centers in PUne.
Also there are only 12-15 slots only , so if your application deadline is near , prefer booking in advance

The center is well marked on google maps and easy to spot. The staff was polite and courteous. The computers werent the latest but were good enough for the test. I didnt face any issue with logging in or logging out during the entire test. The inviligator made sure I was seated back before my break time elapsed which was really nice. There were 5 other students giving multiple types of exams and everyone was well instructed about all the rules. I got my score promptly without any issues. The test center was peaceful and didnt have any distractions. If you are looking at this center for an exam then please go right ahead and book it.

It was easily accessible centre within the Pune city. Located at symphony building 1st floor on range hills after the SIMS (Symbiosis college) going towards University circle. It total have approximately 10 PC for giving GMAT. Screen and keyboard quality is okay, can be improved.
GMAT should consider opening another centre or expanding this centre in Pune. You will not be able to get slot on weekend if not booking at least 30 days in advance.
Overall experience with bio metric ID procedure and coordinator is good.
So centre availability is average.
centre location is good.
keyboard, mouse and screen +seating- average.
Pearson staff and procedure is good.

Well.!!!!!!!!!!! One of the trickiest piece in the puzzle. Getting the score was not only challenging but mentally draining. Verbal RC was a pain. Woke up one morning. Decided, enough of studying, just want to go ahead and finish this last block. So just booked a random center and a random date in two days and went ahead. Okay, with the location. everything went so smoothly. Proctors were really very helpful. Did the bio-metrics and palm vein scanning and got seated. Got the AWA and IR done. Breeze past the 37 questions of Quant in 42 minutes. Took a power nap of 30 minutes. took the break and just started the Verbal. Few questions popped up in SC. and then started getting some fire bolts of CR. and with 5 minutes remaining I saw 4 questions remaining. All of them SC and just submitted. got the score.

I have been at this test center twice so I am quite eligible to write this review.
First of all if you don't know where exactly it is let me tell you. it's near E-square (university road).
Now about the exam center.
well they got around 5 computers there. so it's a small center. one thing about GMAT is that everyone starts at a different time and because of that you might going to have problem during the time when someone else would be typing their Essay. keyboards are mechanical I guess(not sure) so they are very noisy. also I don't find it vert easy to type although the quality of keyboards are good. about the screen it is okay. first time when I went to the center I was having difficulty focusing on it bc of my eye issues and bc the computer screen was a bit far and I don't remember but I guess it was fixed. 2nd Time tho' I moved the screen according to my need.
you might wanna take your jacket with you if you also carry it with you bc you find it too cold in office. (small room, only 5 computers. Remember? so AC is quite cold sometimes)
Everything is handled as it is supposed to be handled. in the end you get your printed report if you do not cancel your score. However keep in mind that they're gonna ask you too submit a copy of passport and if you do not have it. you gonna have to walk or ride towards the university road (bc that's where the photocopy shop is) and come back again, so I recommend you keep a photocopy of your passport with you you get your own locker. Keep an energy drink or something with you to keep you active for the 2nd round. If you are from Pune this is pretty much your only option. luck 👍

The center is really cool and spacious. The attendants are good and courteous. I would highly recommend if you would like to have a pleasant experience with less people around and in an area without much traffic or noise. It is convenient to reach the place and easy to find on the google maps. The facilities are good, the systems are working well and even the headphones are in good condition. You will hardly hear any sound of people typing their essays while you give your test if you start before them. I would definitely retake a exam in the center for the overall experience I had and of course for the luck I had to get a 760 on GMAT.
