@arnaugrasas -- I think the best answer to your question would be a direct inquiry of the Admissions Office at NYU Stern.
You should view school research as you performing "due diligence" on the schools just as thoroughly as they are assessing and critiquing you! After all, you are about to spend two years and hundreds of thousands of dollars attending their program.
One caveat if/when you do contact any of the schools -- remember the overall macro conditions in the US and Europe (particularly) over the past couple of years have been challenging. I'd get more granular towards the country or even city AND industry or industries you are asking about placement rates. For example, investment banking roles in London versus management consulting roles in Paris.
Finally, in addition to placement rates, I'd also ask about which international/European/Asian firms regularly recruit from NYU Stern.
