answer is C

\(\frac{0.250}{0.333}\) =\(\frac{1}{4}\)/\(\frac{1}{3}\) = \(\frac{3}{4}\)

\(\frac{0.125}{0.167}\) =\(\frac{1}{8}\)/\(\frac{1}{6}\) = \(\frac{3}{4}\)

\(\frac{3}{4}\) / \(\frac{3}{4}\) = 1

don't complicate
that's 1/4 * 3/1 = 3/4 divided by 6/8 or 3/4
that is 3/4 * 4/3 = 1
C
pretty straightforward if you know how to convert the decimals into fractions.

\(\frac{0.250}{0.333}\) divided by \(\frac{0.125}{0.167}\) is most nearly

(A) 10

(B) 5

(C) 1

(D) 0.667

(E) 0.500
IMO C as 250*167/333*125
=2*167/333
=334/333 approx 1

Recall that 0.250 = ¼, 0.125 = ⅛, 0.333 ≈ ⅓ and 0.167 ≈ ⅙, therefore,

(0.250/0.333) / (0.125/0.167) ≈ (¼/⅓)/(⅛/⅙) = (¼ x 3)/(⅛ x 6) = (¾)/(¾) = 1
