Hi bb and TTP team.
I redeemed my points against 10 day TTP access and I'm still waiting for the product activation.
I know i should wait as it will take sometime to get activated. I've activated Veritas mocks, Manhattan mocks using points earlier and it was done in not more than 2 days. But I've redeemed my points on Thursday.
I tried reaching out on C.S. and via mail and but seems like there's no response. Any disconnect?
