Out of all online users, 2,400 are registered users, and 1,000 are male

Total online users = T
Registered users = R= 2400
Male users = M =1000
Unregistered users = U= T−R
Female users = F= T−M

1 =>

F = 2U
T−M=2(T−R)
T−1000=2(T−2400)
T= 3800

2 =>

Registered Males = 800
=> Registered Females = R - 800 = 1600

But, we dont have any info regarding unregistered users or the ratio of males to females among the unregistered users. So we cant find total online users

But in statement we are able to solve this question
So,

A. Statement (1) ALONE is sufficient, but Statement (2) alone is not sufficient
