I wouldn't say that a 162 is a red flag. 163 is what we typically advise aiming for, so you're just below that.
You can check class profiles to see how scores vary by school -- some have Quant medians right at 162 (e.g., Wharton), Booth is 163, Yale is very high at 166. It also depends on your professional background and I don't think Admissions will view a Paralegal role as very quantitative in nature so they will look at your Quant courses too.
But most importantly, I think if you're worried about your score, then there's not much harm in trying again. Even if you score lower overall but get a higher Quant section score, you can still present that data point to Admissions.
