Can you please provide your feedback on my 1st CAT, and everything i did wrong and specifically what could i do to improve my timing since on the quant section i missed 12 questions

Hi scbguy:
The # of questions wrong isn't as important to your score as the level of the questions you get right and wrong. Looking at how much time you spent on some questions I would guess that you either didn't know the underlying concept being tested and/or didn't know the best way to solve the problem (i.e. algebraically, backsolving, picking numbers, etc.). Your timing will greatly improve when you get more comfortable with the concepts being tested. Also it seems like you struggled a bit more on the data sufficiency questions and had several careless errors.
Go back over your notepad and see at what step in the solving process you made the careless errors. Some people continuously miss a step or miscalculate when doing addition/multiplication/subtraction/division. For others the mistake comes from not writing the #s down correctly. Whatever it is, you can pinpoint it so you can be more conscious of it in the future.
