Which all top college accept 2 years work ex candidate at the time of application?
Posted from my mobile deviceWhile Most European programs ask for a minimum of three years' work experience at matriculations, that's not the case with the American MBA programs. These accept applicants with lower work experience (at least two years experience is desirable). However, they'd expect to see a very strong profile which translates to:
1. high academic grades and GMAt score
2. demonstrated leadership experience at work (not necessarily leading teams, but taking initiatives, convincing, persuading managers/ team mates towards a goal)
3. Noteworthy extra curricular involvement and achievements.
IMO, you should apply with two years experience only if you have a strong profile given these criteria
