I took the GMAT in November of 2012. In preparation for the exam I took the Manhattan GMAT course and felt I was doing well. I had taken the exam once before without studying and got a 530 on the test. I studied hard for 3 months and received a mere 560 (Q43 V25). I was so frustrated that I couldn't get myself back to studying.
Now I am starting up again. So far I have signed up for e-gmat and I have completed the SC and CR sections. I still feel that I am struggling though. My first e-gmat SC quiz that I took I got a 38% and the most recent I took I got a 50%. I still feel like I have a long way to go, but can't identify my weaknesses.
Any suggestions about post e-gmat SC and still struggling? I am just shooting to get around 620 on the GMAT.

My 2 cents, E-gmat SC is good for taking you to your target score, at least in your SC. Internalize the concepts so that you can actually apply them (though easier said then done). Supplement your knowledge with Official guide; try finishing the guide's SC part in a couple of days. This will train your ear to pick up sentence construction and style.
