I had a really bad experience with exam packs 1 & 2.
Problems as described below ruined my planned test days.
Using Windows 7 Enterprise
Although I have mailed GMAC, but they seem bit relaxed about answering queries & generally answer late. If someone knows how to get around these issues, please let me know.
EP-1
It installed nicely. It has 2 exams in it, Exam 3 & exam 4. Exam 3 went well. But when I started Exam 4, after the first quant question, the screen went blank !!
Only the navigation button were visible. Pressing "Next" button gave a message that "You cannot proceed without answering this question".
I ended the exam & restarted it. Again the same problem. Also, on restart, the timer reduces the time by 5-6 minutes - that's really not ok.

This exam pack simply doesn't get installed !!
I have tried all ways of activating this pack. Using license key, offline mode etc, as listed in the software. But the issue still remains.

Update your GMATPrep. It should be available in the settings section (gears symbol)
