Hey Guys,
This is to share my not so good GMAT experience last week.
Went into the test- AWA and IR went like a breeze. Midway through the quant section , the computer freezed and a couple of seconds later an error popped up and it automatically logged off. I promptly raised my hand and the invigilator came in. He shifted me to another computer which took its own time in starting up.
Although the test resumed from the same question, I had lost 3 minutes in the section. I ignored it and went back to doing the problems but this break and rhythm and loss of time played at the back my head. I definitely screwed up some simple problems to get myself back on time.
After the quant section, I took the break and re-gathered my thoughts and started verbal, concentrating hard on every question. Finished verbal with 2 minutes to spare.
I was disappointed to see the score -
640 Q44 V34 IR 8 .
Throughout all my GMAT Prep tests - the least I scored on quant was 47 . And through my the 4
Manhattan GMAT CATs , the least quant score was 45.
I want to know if anyone else has faced a similar situation and whether writing to GMAC will help.
Thanks!
