17) In Town X, 64% of the population are employed, and 48% of the population are employed males. What percent of the employed people in the Town X are females?

a 16%
b 25%
c 32%
d 40%
e 52%

22/7*100, 24*4 ...96/208 = 48/104 =24/52 = 12/26 = 6/13 more or less = 1/2.....C

TOTAL = 1000, EMPLOYED = 640 , 480 EMPLOYED MALES, 160/640 = 25% ( b)

area of circle = 100 pi = 100 x 3.14 = 314
area of square = 24^2 = (25-1)^2 = 576

fraction = 314/576 = 1/2 approx..
