@dchow23 For verbal, I just tried to find the best method that worked for me to solve the problems. For RC I tried the technique of reading the passage quickly and jotting down main points but not taking note of details during the first read through. I didn't like it. I discovered I preferred reading carefully through it one time and not jotting down any notes. For CR questions on the other hand, I always jotted down some kind of note or diagram and tried to look for the pattern being tested. For SC, mostly just pattern recognition.

Just do a ton of practice problems. For the second month of my preparation (after the kaplan class was over) all I basically did was practice problems. Before work, during lunch breaks and after work. I reserved weekends for practice CATs which, of course, include practice verbal problems.
