Best prep materials: For start, read the OG21', then practice all questions of Magoosh, then try the 2 free mock tests of GMATprep. Afterwards I saw big improvement in critical reasoning by practicing the GMATprep question bank. I think Manhattan is very difficult and the rating system is different and may give you inaccurate results.
