I scored 720-730 on all the 6 official mocks consistently. But managed to get just 670 on actual exam. Verbal score dropped from 35-38 in mocks to 29 in exam. What strategies to follow for retake. I used Magoosh premium for preparation. I want to retake as soon as possible. My target score is 750. Any suggestions for course? Quant is sorted. Just need to improve verbal.

Were your practice test scores inflated for some reason, such as that you had seen some of the verbal questions already, or was there something that happened on test day that you could point to?

Consider working on your solving approach. Probably fair to say a person with a consistent V38, for example, already has a solid grasp of the fundamentals. You may get a bit of a boost in a short time like the person below. All the best.
