Hi all -
I kicked off my GMAT prep yesterday by taking an official GMATPrep CAT. I attempted all sections except AWA and scored 740 (V42, Q49, IR8). I didn't spend any time preparing for the test before yesterday's test.
My target programs are Wharton EMBA and Columbia EMBA, and this score is well within the range published by both these programs.
As good as this score is, I am treading with caution because I don't want to fall into the trap of being overconfident. I expected a decent score but this seems too good to be true given zero prep.
I am hoping to get some ideas from the community on the following:
- What am I missing in terms of how I am interpreting my scores and readiness to take the GMAT?
- How should I go about identifying my weak spots using this CAT? (I've searched the forum and gotten some great advice already; would appreciate any other candid advice)
Thanks!
