This is my first post on Gmatclub. I have been a silent observer all this while.
I took GMAT on 5th January 2011 and Scored 740
The breakup is as follows:
Q- 50
V - 41
awa- 6.0
I prepared for exactly 1 month.The only book I used for my preparation was OG12. I prepared for MBA entrance exams in India and hence did not use many other resources.
During breaks in Office and sometimes at home, I would visit Gmatclub forums and try to solve questions here.
I would like to thank a few people who helped me ( without them even realizing
) in my preperation for GMAT.
Pkit for his analysis and the questions which he posted.
noboru for all the questions which he posted.
Bunuel for giving a detailed explanation for every question which stumped me.
VeritasPrepkarishma for helping with CR
VeritasPrepBrain for Verbal
Bkimball for clearing so many of my doubts.
Whiplash2411 for her enthusiasm and questions she posted. Great score on GMAT. I really do hope you make it to Harvard 2+2 program.
Apart from these there were many others who were my companions in solving those tricky Sc's and tough DS problems. I won't be able to thank every one of them, but would sincerely like to thank GMATclub for helping me.

Congrats on the great score! Do you think you got a 50 on Quant because of preparation for Indian B-schools entrance exams? Or was there anything you did differently for GMAT Quant prep that helped?
