I think they are referring to eating them as a supplement so you don't get hungry during the test. Almonds are also known to be filling, low in bad things like cholesterol, and high in good things like protein. I think the reference was to someones post on items that are good for keeping you focused and prepared for you test. But that is just a guess. Maybe they have magical 700+ almonds.

First of all many many congrats on such wonderful score! You are awesome! Is Kaplan 800 really reliable? Can you comment on the significance of this book. Does it really contain hard question or teaches you how to ace hard verbal questions?

Good job. A minor correction, the breaks are 8 mins not 10. I never understood why 8?
