I scored a 460 in my first GMAT(Q38 and V17)..I want to score a 600+..Mostly I have to work with my verbal I guess..I have 3-4 months in my hand....I know it's hard to estimate..but please give me a rough estimation...Thanks
very possible - up to a certain score threshold, merely plugging away and practicing verbal ?s will improve a V17. You'll gain lots of improvement just from becoming familiar with methods and being able to identify question types - especially splits in sentence correction. Work through the OG ?s and the VR questions and read the hell out of every wrong answer choice and you'll start to get the hang of what types of wrong answers they put in the test to throw you off. Even if you can't nail down the exact right answer, on almost any question you should be picking between three answers (ruling out at least two).
From there, it's learning the rules to improve to the higher levels.
I don't have my success story yet, but that's my experience - Good luck
