The clock indicates 8 o'clock.
We know on every 12th hour from a time, clock indicates the same time.
For example: after 12 hours the clock will again be at 8 o'clock.
So, to get what hour clock will indicate after 11995 hours, we will have to divide 11995 by 12 and get the remainder.
we know \((\frac{11995}{12})_R=7\)
So the clock will indicate at \(8+7 = 15\) which means \(3\) o'clock.
Hence the right answer is Option C.

The question does not mention am or pm. Thus, we are looking at 12 hour cycle.
It is easy for all of us to realise that we are looking at remainder when 11,995 is divided by 12.
So, what is important is how we get to that remainder.
Start finding remainder by actual division and you are eating into valuable time.
Now, 12000 is just 5 more than 11,995. So, the time will be 5hr less.
That is 8-5 or 3 o’clock.
