I will solve this by approximation.
since the Diagram (red line) is longer than 4 sides of squares in the circle, Each Having length equal to 2
So the diagram is slightly bigger than 8 but less than 10,so radius will be bigger than 4 and less than 5
we can eliminate options A, C, D and E (4,5,6 and 9.2)
Answer has to be B
