(1) Charleston is closer to Atlanta than it is to Boston
(2) The DC-10 flies over Charleston before the 747

OA-A is correct only if it is provided that both planes meet at Charleston. Otherwise there is no relation between P, Q and location of Charleston.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
