A drawbridge connects City A and City B. This bridge can be lifted to allow boats to pass through. City A has plans to replace this bridge with one that is higher and wider . This higher bridge will allow most of the boats to pass without interrupting traffic. City A expect that the new bridge will decrease disruptions in traffic.
