Roses : Carnations = (5 : 2) *5
Carnations : Tulips = (5 : 3) *2

Thus, ratio of Roses : Carnations : Tulips = 25 : 10 : 6

Hence, Ratio of roses to tulips is 25 : 6 , Answer must be (D)
