Avg. Speed = Total Distance/Total time --> 160/3 = (D1 + D2)/(t1 + t2)
Avg Speed from A to B = D1/t1
(1) The distance between Towns A and B was 25 kilometers --> D1 = 25 --> t1 - unknown
Insufficient
(2) The man drove from Town B to Town C at an average speed of 60 kilometers per hour --> D2/t2 = 60
Insufficient
Combining (1) & (2)
Also, Insufficient
IMO Option E
Pls Hit Kudos if you like the solution
