OA:A

Time taken by motorcyclist :$$\frac{192}{32}=6$$hrs

Time taken by car :$$6-2.5-0.5$$ hrs $$=3$$ hrs

The speed of car :$$\frac{192}{3}=64$$ Km/hr

the ratio of the speed of the motorcyclist to that of the car : $$\frac{32}{64} =\frac{1}{2}$$
