OA:A

Time taken by motorcyclist :\(\frac{192}{32}=6\)hrs

Time taken by car :\(6-2.5-0.5\) hrs \(=3\) hrs

The speed of car :\(\frac{192}{3}=64\) Km/hr

the ratio of the speed of the motorcyclist to that of the car : \(\frac{32}{64} =\frac{1}{2}\)
