speed of the person = $$\frac{(24 *1000 )}{3600}$$ =$$\frac{20}{3}$$ m/s

Relative speed = $$\frac{20}{3}$$ - 2 (since they are moving in the same direction) = $$\frac{14}{3}$$

time taken =$$\frac{280}{(14/3)}$$ = 60 seconds

E

pretty handy if we can remember the following same as 1000/3600 stuff

1. When converting from kmph to mps multiply with $$\frac{5}{18}$$
2. When converting from mps to kmph multiply with $$\frac{18}{5}$$

CounterSniper But shouldn't your answer be in seconds? You have used 280m / (m/s). Then the answer has to be 60sec=1min.
