speed of the person = \(\frac{(24 *1000 )}{3600}\) =\(\frac{20}{3}\) m/s

Relative speed = \(\frac{20}{3}\) - 2 (since they are moving in the same direction) = \(\frac{14}{3}\)

time taken =\(\frac{280}{(14/3)}\) = 60 seconds

pretty handy if we can remember the following same as 1000/3600 stuff

1. When converting from kmph to mps multiply with \(\frac{5}{18}\)
2. When converting from mps to kmph multiply with \(\frac{18}{5}\)

CounterSniper But shouldn't your answer be in seconds? You have used 280m / (m/s). Then the answer has to be 60sec=1min.
