OFFICIAL EXPLANATION

The original sentence is quite confusing The first reason is that the English idiom would be phrased "start to purchase," and not "start and purchase." That narrows our choices down to (B) and (C). Looking at those two, the most obviously incorrect feature is in (B): The usage of pronoun "it" is ambiguous . Choice (C) is much clearer.


The correct answer is Choice (C)
