Hi Rebecca,
Thanks for posting and joining the discussion! Good question... probably no right or wrong answer there.

A few points to consider...
-wondering what your home country is? could make the China ambition more natural vs more of a big change etc...
-you can always be slightly less committed to it if you are unsure or nervous about completely nailing down China at this point and describe the type of job and/or industry you are aiming for and include that you are interested in a global career, and/or that china interests you for xyz reasons...
-some schools have very strong ties to Asia (think some West Coast US schools for example) so it may flow naturally; you may discuss exchange programs or projects etc and would make sense
-schools that have more international students and pride themselves on a global outlook may appreciate that you see their program as a way to increase international exposure and ties etc so you can also discuss it in that way
-whatever you DO describe, it's always helpful to include your thinking and rationale (whether in essays or interview situations) so that the admissions committee isn't left to question your thinking in any way
Hope those are some helpful points to consider as you work on those essays. Let us know if we can help further!
