Good question!
The crux is to know your goal very well. " there is definitely a correlation between depression and engagement in such activities"- the correct asnwer choice has to illustrate this goal. Option C says group(S+C) has same depression levels as group(C) has. Or you may say, whenever someone got engaged in creative activities, depression entailed. So , there is definitely a correlation between depression and engagement in creative activities.
