(A) "a fabric previously thought to have been invented 632 years later" modifies "a scientist". Incorrect

(B) Incorrect use of past perfect "had determined"

(C) Same as B.

(D) "After being preserved since approximately 1345 AD, a scientist" suggest that scientist had been preserved since 1345 AD. Incorrect.

E - seems to use the correct tense
A scientist has determined that a recently discovered Native American artifact, preserved since approximately 1345 AD, is composed of woven acrylic, a fabric previously thought to have been invented 632 years later.

A - incorrectly modifies scientist with 'a fabric previously thought'.
E corrects this by placing this modifier next to acrylic
Also - A uses passive voice
