In all it needs to be cut at - 25% 33% 50% 66% 75% 100%, 100% is not necessary.
So only 5 times = 5*1.5 = 7.5.

Only 5 distinct marking will be there (1/4,1/3,1/2,2/3&3/4)
To cut alone these lines----> cost = 5*1.5=7.5
