I work for real estate industry for 4-5 years and is nearly 30 years old, I plan to apply for MBA in the future years, maybe 2-3years or more for me to prepare since I still have my current job to do, usually I need to work for 10-12 hours a day, are there somebody on the forum who also apply for part-time MBA could offer me recommendation that will my age be too old to obtain the degree? I come from Taiwan R.O.C, English isn’t my native language, my major is business and management, now I worked in a relatively small company, it’s independent branch from a big corporation located in Taiwan and owned by Taiwanese, I’m eager to change my career for oversea firms such as Citibank Mckinsey that have more international insight ….however, when the time I got my MBA degree is there still chance for me to get into the S&P500 organization such as those I mention ?

Hey
mimishyu, you'd be surprised that there are many people are in your shoes
You are not alone, and you are definitely not too old for an MBA degree. You'd be surprised to see that some applicants who are in their 40s-50s and still want an MBA degree, although they tend to do EMBA (Executive MBA) because it fits better with their experience and schedule.
Where are you located now and where are you looking to pursue post-MBA career after graduation?
I'm in Taipei-Taiwan R.O.C now. I was born in NYC and hold the US passport so I will always choose USA to pursue my MBA degree, especially north-eastern US, and for post-MBA career, if I'm lucky enough that I could find a job in US after graduation, I will choose to stay there rather then Taiwan....
