4 types of users are there

1. With Television but without Cable TV or 2+ TV Sets = 100- (12+19+56) =13
2. With Television with Cable but without 2+ TV Sets =68-56 =12
3. With Television with 2+ TV sets but without Cable TV = 75-56=19
4. With all 3 (Television, cable TV an 2+ TV sets) = 56

Probability that the household has neither cable TV nor two or more TV sets = 13/100= 0.13
Hence , Answer is A

use 2x2 matrix
let total sample size = 100

---------cable tv-------no cable tv------total
>2 tv----56------------19------------75
<2tv-----12-----------13-------------25
total------68----------32-------------100

so no cable and <2 tv sets = 13
P (household has neither cable TV nor two or more TV sets) =13/100 ; 0.13
IMO A
