According to seasoned investors, the fluctuation in various global indices over the last five years indicate the possibility that there might be a correlation between a company's social media presence and its share price.

S-V agreement: "the fluctuation in various global indices..." is singular subject then considering the tense of the verb "indicate". Therefore eliminate A, B.

C out because phrase "may be indicating" seems to be awkward

Option E : use of both "possibility" and "might be", which is redundant. Hence eliminate.

D correct.

A. indicate the possibility that there might be a correlation between a company's social media presence and its share price

B. indicate that there might be a correlation between a company's social media presence and its share price

C. may be indicating that there is a correlation between a company's social media presence and its share price

D. indicates that a correlation may exist between a company's social media presence and its share price

E. indicates the possibility that a company's share price might be correlated to its social media presence
