+1 for B

Idiom used: Between X and Y

Between quitting and continuing.

In A, C, D idiomatic usage is wrong.

In E, Between X and Y is followed but X and Y are not parallel.

IMO B.

According to some entrepreneurs, the most difficult choice one has to make while starting a business is between quitting one’s day job and concentrating full time on the business, thereby risking one’s future, or continuing with one’s day job and working part time at the business until it finds its feet.

(A) or continuing
(B) and continuing ---Correct idiom, between quitting... and continuing...
(C) or whether to continue
(D) or that to continue
(E) and whether to continue ---Redundant, choice between X and Y is correct and not choice between X and whether Y
