If you've gotten a Q51 on an official test (diagnostic or real), then of course it's possible that you can get a Q51 on the real test. That said, from your performance on your quizzes, it sounds more likely that your true level right now is more in the Q49-Q50 range. It's possible to get a Q51 with a very small number of wrong answers, but I'd expect a true Q51-level test taker would have a hit rate of 90% or higher on any batch of questions created from published official materials. A Q50 is outstanding, so you're doing very well regardless, but you'll probably need to make some genuine improvement to consistently get Q51 scores on official tests.
