all options doesnot look good. each option has some problem.

OPtion D seems ok.

In my opinion this is definitely a defective question. Putting the tag as "Debatable OA". Thanks for responding guys!

IMO D is the correct answer.

E can be eliminated at first sight.
B is passive. (active is preferred)
among A,C and D, option D sounds correct to me.
