I'd like to affirm the advice provided above. The application process is based largely on the honor system, so the links are not necessary.

However, I'd like to go a step further and say that links would be unwanted. 1) If the school wanted links and "proof," they would ask for them. Admissions officers are simply not looking for the extra work (they're buried in applications as it is). 2) The links could end up not functioning and looking messy (or even like a mistake) if the system doesn't know how to read or translate the hyperlink once you've submitted the app.

My recommendation would be to simply include the information in plain text as requested. I hope this helps!
