Only C & D have a meaningful modifier i.e. While addressing press conference we can't take the bus yatra.. Seemed illogical.
Finally we have D as our final answer meaningful and without any grammatical errors. In option C,no clarity as to who took bus yatra and hence discarded.
Please post OA and OE.

I would go for 'D'.
A. Wrong modifier. How can Naidu undertake a bus yatra while addressing a press conference??? He looks like a superman
just kidding, not possible.B. Same reason as that of A.
C. Makes sense. But who undertook the bus yatra?? was that Chirnjeevi....seems so, hence wrong.
D. Perfecto!! clarifies the right intent.
E. Wrong modifier again.
