Do I have a shot at admission at schools like UNC, Notre Dame Michigan, USC?

MS Accounting/Taxation programs are more in line with admissions process for Law school, than typical business school.
Depending on the school, they will base their decision on the GMAT score (because it will improve the rankings), GPA (also counts towards rankings and good for published class profile), and then your career goal mentioned in your essays (most top programs want to hear that you wish to be a CPA).
Your extensive internship experience will come in handy during recruiting, but not necessarily for MS admissions at most schools. Most MS programs are for 5th year Accounting students (although some are for non-accounting undergrads).
You will need 650+ GMAT to have a realistic shot at top programs though.
