Hello all,
I am an Indian male, planning to apply for MBA programs this year. My profile is as follows-
Engineering (including Masters) from a top college in the country.
4 years of work experience in a financial services firm by the time I join the program.
Cleared CFA Level 3 exam last year.
Very limited international exposure in terms of relocation or travel. Although, I do work with international clients on a daily/ weekly basis.
I do not really plan to change the industry (could be open to that later, but not a necessity) post-MBA but I am very much interested in relocating to Europe for a job.
GMAT score- 670 (Q50, V30, IR8, AWA5)
I took the GMAT exam for the second time and barely managed to improve from my previous score of 660 (Q50, V30, IR7; cancelled the score) even though I had seen a significant improvement in practice tests (hitting 730 in multiple tests). I don't think I have the patience and time to write it for the third time. I however am very much interested in the following schools/ programs-
1. LBS MBA
2. LBS MFin
3. INSEAD
4. Cambridge Judge MBA
5. Oxford Said MBA
6. HEC Paris
Given my profile and that I will continue with my GMAT score (which is below the median/ mean for all the above programs), what are my odds of getting into any of these? If I have higher chances of getting an admit in certain programs from the above list, which are those? Or am I being too ambitious and should just give up hopes of getting into any of them?
Thanks,
MJJ
