I had a chat with a Recruitment Manager recently and she mentioned HEC has a new Dean (from Canada) and he is planning a lot of upgrades to the program "including doubling the class size for jan intake"
Also HEC website mentions "Depending on the size of the intake the exchanges take place in the fall, winter or spring with various schools."
The exchange is 2-way meaning HEC has to take a student from a school to send a student. So, bigger class size means more exchanges which is a good thing.
Not sure about teaching quality and electives available.

Want to apply to hec paris september 2017 intake. I have GRE score of 319 and work experience of 3 years which includes startup and managerial experience. I submitted my profile in january for assessment and was encouraged to apply. However due to some circumstances i was not able to apply in 1 Feb deadline. I wanted to ask if it is a good idea to apply on 1 april deadline or apply to jan 2018 intake instead. Also eiffel scholarships for developing countries are allotted in march 2018 as per the website. Hence what are the best options for me at this stage.
P.S have heard that jan intake takes less students and has less quality of teaching for some electives and lesser exchange program options available.
Thanks
