Don't get too narrowly focused on making up for your undergraduate GPA with courses.
A number of things can make your undergraduate GPA a less important factor in your admissions:
- a strong GMAT score (especially quant and DI) - in general a strong GMAT will have stronger counteracting effect against your GPA than the GRE
- strong work experience with quantitative and analytical elements with demonstrated excellence and promotion
- a balanced application with strong non work elements that demonstrate a consistent interest in leadership and creating impact in the community
- a clear vision for your career including strong short term and long term career goals that tie-in to your past work experience and other activities
-- well crafted essays that are highly tailored to each program (especially the Why MBA and Why (specific program)? questions.
The more you can demonstrate that you've evolved since undergrad (by gaining wide exposure and learning from a range of leadership oriented challenges), the more you separate your brand from your undergrad GPA.
