After reading through lot of free quality material from Gurus out here I thought it's time I contribute a bit (Though I am no Guru but this note covers a wide variety of material as mentioned in the subject line).
Also I find it pertinent to mention here- If you are the one who thinks that only 99th %ile scorer guides help you then you may choose to ignore this (I do not know much about you but I have had experience at my college where some teachers, who were top in all their academic life but could not manage to come down to students level- they tend to assume a lot- none of their fault though!).
I'll happy to hear any constructive criticism or any suggestions you may have to improve this further!
Hope you will enjoy reading this note!
P.S.- 1- 2- I have written notes mostly in phrase form, so please do not find a not complete sentence error in it  3- This doc is just to help out many rookies and not so god test takers, so copyright suing me please 4- Though I have taken utmost care on the sanity of the note but in case you find some obvious errors please notify me (do not keep errors to yourself- you may have identified those but some one else may not so please speak up)..
