Hi PRI23YA,
Age by itself is not an explicit criteria for MBA Admissions. But that being said, age on the high or low side is a RED flag for other application issues.
If you're below the typical applicant age range, then the question becomes your work experience.
Remember, when you're building your application for MBA programs (and I've worked on more than 300), a big part is demonstrating that the program precisely fits with your career path.
It's sort of like this. The admissions folks want you to draw a line from your past and current roles (especially the leadership elements) to your specific target role after graduation (they want to you to have one in mind even though you'll probably change it). The MBA program's strengths need to act as a bridge between your past experience and future target roles.
So it all comes down to your work experience and leadership exposure (even if it's not a management title). If you can demonstrate that, you'll come across as a viable / strong candidate.
Hope that helps.
