Hi!
You sound like you're in pretty good shape, actually! Have you taken either of the GMATPrep software tests yet? If not, take it and use it as your baseline. I added 40 points to my (T - 1 month) GMATPrep score, so you can definitely aim high, especially if your prep goes smoothly.
Personally, I would continue to focus on 600-700 and 700+ in a 2:1 ratio at this point. That should fill in most of the gap that you may have on the 600-700 levels. That being said, use an
Error Log or some sort of tracking mechanism to see if you're making the same type of mistake repeatedly (i.e. you may just be terrible at Geometry).
More important than focusing on questions is increasing your stamina. If you wind up exhausted midway through the Quant section, there's nothing anyone can do for you at that point. I would work through questions in sets of 15 or 20. Time yourself and see how long it takes you to solve a whole batch. Then, start another batch right away. Rest for 5 minutes and repeat. This is the best imitation of the real GMAT that you can give yourself. If you're solving approximately 40 Quant questions in 80 minutes, and 40 Verbals in 70 minutes, you're most likely ready, and your stamina is up to scratch. I would recommend that in four weeks' time you enter a state whereby you can solve 30 Q and 30 V questions back-to-back without really sweating it out.
Generally, so long as you're familiar with the layout of AWA and IR, and you're halfway decent at writing essays and solving complex problems, you should be alright.
Best of luck to you!
